Friday – June 16th

1pm – Begin your Champion wellness weekend with registering upon arrival, meeting your newest friends and enjoying a welcome snack from the resident Chef

1:30pm – We’ll regroup with an orientation for the weekend activities

Today we’ll focus on Nutrition – Imagine a life free of restrictive diets and food rules.

During this time, you’ll discover ways to make realistic and sustainable lifestyle changes so you can find a positive relationship with food. You’ll be given tools that will support your health and well-being for the long run
- 4:30pm – Cooking class with Executive Chef Bradley

6pm – Dinner

7:30pm – Nutrition and so much more!
Saturday – June 17th
- 8:30am – Breakfast
- 9:15am – We’ll regroup to connect and share what we have discovered so far
- Today we’ll focus on Movement
- What does exercise mean to you? Why fitness can be difficult to take part in. It may not be what you think. I have some fun ideas to help you get moving. (Don’t worry, you won’t need anything but an open mind and a growth mindset to take part).
- 11am – Yoga with the talented Britt Overmars
- 12pm – Lunch
- 1pm – Movement workshop
- 2:30pm – Enjoy the following complimentary services

- Prebooked Acupuncture with Access Acupuncture
- Prebooked Massage with Forest Gate Therapy
- So much to enjoy in the natural surroundings of Fossil farms – take a sauna, ride one of the fat bikes, tour the vineyards, kayak, or just chill!
- 6pm – Dinner – Bring your refreshed self to feast on the Chef’s fantastic meal!
- 7:30pm – TBA – I’ll keep this as a surprise….
Sunday – June 18th
- 8:30am – Breakfast
- 9:15am –Today we’ll focus on Mindset and Stress reduction

- 9:30am – Enjoy the relaxing sounds of Sound bathing expert Jennifer Langille of Primal Energy Relaxation
- 11am – Yoga with the talented Britt Overmars
- 12pm – Lunch
- 1pm – More Stress reducing tips and tricks
- 3pm – We will close off with the weekend with love, friendship and celebrating the Champion in YOU!
