Ready to Champion Yourself! 

Here is what you get to look forward to:  

Please note: If you’re unable to make it for 1pm, no problem!  Just let me know at info@changechamp.ca and let me know when you will be arriving.

There may be slight programming revisions as we get closer to the event:

Friday – November 18th

  • 1pm – Begin your Champion wellness weekend with registering upon arrival, meeting your newest friends and receiving your welcome packet
  • 1:30pm – We’ll regroup with an orientation for the weekend activities
  • 3pm – BREAK/Snack
  • 3:30pm – Nutrition workshop – Imagine a life free of restrictive diets and food rules.
  • During this time, you’ll discover ways to make realistic and sustainable lifestyle changes so you can find a positive relationship with food.  You’ll be given tools that will support your health and well-being for the long run
  • 5:30pm: Yoga/sauna/Free time
  • 6:30pm – Dine on organically prepared farm to plate dinner
  • 7:30pm – Biography of the Inner Critic– gain freedom from the self-defeating behaviors and beliefs that are holding you back from being your true authentic self.
  • 9pm – Stress reducing breath work by Breath by Design  
  • 10pm – Nighty night

Sauna available between 6pm and midnight 

Saturday – November 19th 

  • 7:30am – Start your morning with a soothing sound bath by Primal Energy Relaxation  
  • 8:30am – Breakfast – Feast on a delicious and healthy organically prepared farm to plate breakfast
  • 9:15am – We’ll regroup to connect and share what we have discovered so far
  • 10am – Reframe Self-Talk – Part 1 – one of the most impactful topics you’ll receive during this retreat.
    Learn how to embrace and fully own your inherent strengths with a Champion Mindset
  • 12pm – Lunch – Refuel your body with the wonderfully prepared farm to plate lunch
  • 1pm – Rediscover your Inner Champion – Rediscover your true authenticity. Build your resilience and learn to bring out your pure authenticity, confidence and Inner Champion so you can thrive in an imperfect world
  • 3pm – BREAK/Snack
    • BREAK/Snack/Nature/Esthetic demo and consult/Acupuncture treatments
    • Prebooked sessions with LIT Beauty and Access Acupuncture
    • Enjoy the natural surroundings of Windhorse farms, take a sauna, journal or simply nap
  • 6:30pm – Dinner – Bring your refreshed self to feast on organically prepared farm to plate dinner
  • 7:30pm – TBD
  • 9pm – Movement session to relax you before bed
  • 10pm – Nighty night

Sauna available between noon and 6pm

    Sunday – November 20th

    • 7:30am – Movement session  
    • 8:30am – Breakfast – Feast on a delicious and healthy organically prepared farm to plate breakfast
    • 9:15am – Meditative Forest walk 
    • 11am – Create your Destination letter
    • 12pm – Hearty snack 
    • 1pm – We will close off with the weekend with love, friendship and celebrating the Champion in YOU!
