- Revisit the learnings from your initial Retreat including Your Inner Champion, your Destination Postcard and Reframing Self-Talk
- Wheel of Life – get curious around which aspect(s) of your life you want to create deeper intentions around
- Goals to Action – Create an action plan around the one priority/theme that will evolve all other areas in your life
- DDT/The Champion Mindset – Learn about the Dreaded Drama Triangle (victim, rescuer, persecutor), and how you can shift to a Champion Mindset
- Commitment Spectrum – Discover where you currently land on the spectrum and learn ways to move further towards commitment
- Lots of great outdoor experiences that will delight the heart and soul!
Important Notes:
- You must have attended the initial Champion Women’s Retreat (or have received special permission) to attend the Evolution Retreat
- Bookings require an initial deposit (as shown on the registrations page).
- You must agree to the monthly payment plan starting February 1st, 2023 and pay within 10 days of invoice sent.
- Invoice will be sent via email from info@changechamp.ca
- Monthly payment is via e-transfer: passcode = Champion

Cancellation Policy: Initial deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations within 90 days of retreat will be eligible for a 50% refund of the monthly deposits, and cancellations within 21 days of the event will not be eligible for refund. The program requires 5 attendees to go forward.
Discover the beautiful Fossil Farms
Nestled on Nova Scotia’s Northumberland Strait, just outside of New Glasgow, Fossil Farms Oceanside Retreat is an oasis for our Evolution Retreat. It’s everything that you’ve asked for!
A beautiful collection of cottages. We will spend our days savouring oceanside strolls at the Farm. During your downtime you can: cycle the trails, paddle out to the islands or go swimming in the warmest waters north of the Carolina’s.
As night falls, we get to come gather round the bonfire for stargazing, sharing stories and s’more making.
Gather in The Barn – our version of a ‘main lodge’ – for our gathering spaces (with comfy chairs!), and wait until you smell what they’ve been cooking in the kitchen!
The owners look forward to welcoming us to their 200 year old farm, its vineyard, gardens, greenhouses, orchard, apiary – and introduce you to their chickens and sheep!
