Meet Ann-Marie

For over 30 years, I’ve been a driving force in creating optimum performance, greater productivity, and higher prosperity through a Champion mindset. My journey as an international athlete has shaped me both physically and mentally. I know that true champions are forged not just in the gym but through mental and spiritual nourishment. It’s this philosophy that guides my work every day, helping clients see failure as feedback, think in terms of outcomes, and lead with intention to achieve sustainable performance and long-term success.

I hold a Management degree from Dalhousie University and have accumulated 29 years of corporate experience in sales, training, facilitating, and coaching with Procter and Gamble. I’ve been recognized as a 2022 Business Leader of the Year Finalist and a 2023 RBC Woman of Influence nominee. My certifications include Workplace Wellness Master Ambassador, Executive Performance and Wellness Coach and Consultant, Co-Active Leadership Coach, 3 Vital Questions model Trainer and Facilitator, International Sports Science Association Expert, Nutritional Coach – Precision Nutrition, Focus on Healthy Eating Facilitator, Corporate Athlete™ Facilitator, and Military SCUBA diver. As an international professional physique athlete, I proudly ranked 3rd in the world.
